The chalet

No 23 is one of the largest detached chalets on the park. The chalet has a large lounge diner with French windows leading to a deck area. There is a modern kitchen with white units, an electric cooker with ceramic hob, fridge freezer and microwave.

There are 3 bedrooms in total. Two have double beds and one contains two single beds. All bedrooms have wardrobes and radiators inside.

There is a large living room area containing a 65 inch smart TV which has Netflix included. WIFI is also included so you can surf the internet.

The bathroom contains a bath as well as a shower. Toilet facilities are provided away from the bathroom area.

The kitchen area is well equipped with a microwave, fridge freezer, cooker and new washing machine and cutlery included. There is constant hot water available due to a new boiler system.

The chalet is fully central heated so will be available to be occupied all year round.

All electricity is included in the price you pay. NO HIDDEN EXTRAS!!!!

There is room for one car by the chalet. Other cars may park  in the pay and display car park. This is accessed from 1^st Avenue.

The chalet is close to the beach.  The village offers: tennis courts, adult exercise equipment and children's play area. On site shops and entertainment facilities are seasonal and are subject to change.

The Bridlington Park & Ride terminus operates from the edge of the village from Easter, or it is a 20 minute stroll into town along the beach.
